Inspirium believes that every hospitality project is unique and tells its own story. Inspirium listens with interest to this story and gladly translates this dream into a concrete concept together with the client. This concept, with the ultimate goal of the ultimate guest experience, is created by Inspirium together with its partners. Inspirium's partner collective offers entrepreneurs a complete range of specialist products and services for every hospitality concept.
Inspirium Works is the project organisation within Inspirium and is entirely at the service of the client. When an entrepreneur needs several disciplines represented within Inspirium, Inspirium Works can relieve the client from the beginning to the end of the project. This means that Inspirium Works takes the direction and responsibility for the mutual coordination, planning and ultimate realisation of the project.
Graniet & Basalt
A fine example of Inspirium Works' working method is the realisation of the new interior of the two office buildings Graniet and Basalt. Graniet & Basalt are office buildings located in the Westerhage office area in Breda right next to the A16 motorway (Antwerp/Breda/Rotterdam). Typical office buildings where the soul was a bit lacking. The buildings were tackled by making the entrances cosier and more attractive. ''The wish we had was to create a space where tenants could come together and when you entered the building, that it was cosy and that you could also have a cup of coffee there or have a beer on Friday afternoons, a kind of 'meet and greet meeting place' which has a more social feel, that was our wish'', says Michael Bak.
Cooperation between disciplines
The realisation of this Inspirium project called on a large number of different areas of expertise represented within Inspirium. Project coordination from Inspirium Works proved to be of great added value. The visual and technical coordination between acoustics, greenery, lighting, furniture, window and floor decoration and the good cooperation between the client and Inspirium resulted in a beautiful hospitality environment. Spaces where you can go for a serious meeting, your own work, a quiet coffee break and even relaxation.
Not only Michael Bak is enthusiastic about the end result, but also the designer of this project: "The best compliment you can get is that when you are decorating the space, everyone is already working in it. In my opinion, a very successful project and I am really very proud of the end result myself'', Wendy Jorna said.
